Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the highly perishable nature of caviar, all sales are final once shipped, except in the limited circumstances outlined below.

Royal Touch Caviar stands behind the quality of every order and is committed to addressing verified issues in a thoughtful and fair manner.

Refund & Replacement Eligibility

Refunds or replacements may be considered only if all of the following conditions are met:

    •    The issue is reported within 24 hours of confirmed delivery

    •    The product remains unopened, uneaten, and untampered

    •    Original packaging is intact

    •    The concern relates to a verified quality issue or fulfillment error

Examples of eligible situations include:

    •    Quality concerns upon arrival

    •    Incorrect item shipped

    •    Extended carrier delays beyond acceptable transit windows resulting in compromised product quality

Each request is reviewed individually.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:

    •    Packages left unattended after delivery

    •    Orders not refrigerated promptly upon delivery

    •    Products exposed to warm temperatures after delivery

    •    Missed deliveries due to recipient unavailability

    •    Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information

    •    Taste preference, personal expectations, or change of mind

    •    Opened, consumed, or tampered products

    •    Promotional, discounted, or complimentary items

Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient.

Delivery Responsibility

Caviar must be refrigerated immediately upon delivery.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges responsibility for ensuring timely receipt and proper handling of the package. Failure to follow handling instructions may void eligibility for refunds or replacements.

Carrier Delays

Orders are shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight to provide the fastest available service for perishable goods. Delivery timelines are determined by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Minor delivery delays do not automatically indicate a quality issue, as our temperature-controlled packaging is designed to preserve freshness beyond standard transit windows. In cases of extended delays resulting in verified quality concerns, requests will be reviewed individually.

Food Safety & Returns

For food safety reasons, caviar cannot be returned once shipped.

If a refund or replacement is approved, Royal Touch Caviar may request photos or additional information to assess the claim. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue resulted from our error.
